CrossFit for Kids
Make your Kids FIT and STRONG this summer!
Wine Country CrossFit Kids creates a lifelong definition of health and fitness for children. Health issues are often reversed, self-esteem goes up, and a love of movement is born.
Our kids classes are divided into two age groups. Five-ten year old kids enjoy a 40 minute class. We play a game to warm, teach a skill such as the squat or push-up, and then perform the Workout of the Day, incorporating our recent skill work. We briefly address nutrition, so that kids start to identify foods that make then feel good and perform well. We then wrap up the session with another game.
Classes for kids age 11-17 are one hour. For our bigger kids we also warm up with a game, teach a skill and do a Workout-of-the-day followed by a game. But for the bigger kids we also teach proper and safe weight lifting. We condition your kids and teach them to move well. Our program stands alone, or as an addition to sport specific training.

Summer 2010 classes start June 21st and go through July 30th. They will run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Classes for five-ten year old kids is 10.15-10.55AM. Classes for 11-17 year old kids is 11.00AM-12.00PM.
Cost for the six week session is $180, and includes 18 classes. In August we will take a break, and resume our kids classes once school commences.
