How Are Those Double Unders Coming Along?

So, you’ve been working on your double unders for a while now, and you think you’re pretty good with the old jump rope eh?

I have news for you; these little girls will knock your socks off!  Check out this video:

(It gets really good around the halfway point, trust me it’s worth watching the whole 8 minutes)

So…. I guess we have can keep working on that jump rope.
