On-Ramp Program
This six-class series teaches you 11 of the basic movements we use in CrossFit. In each class we present new movements, and practice them in a short workout of the day (WOD) such that they become familiar and natural. If you are new to CrossFit it is mandatory that you start with our On-Ramp Program such that the classes are manageable and even fun. A new On-Ramp series starts every two weeks, and we offer both evening and morning classes. Our morning classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00-11.00AM. Evening on-ramp classes are Tuesdayand Thursday from 7.00-8.00PM and Saturday morning from 7.00-8.00AM. Missed on-ramp classes can be made up with personal training sessions.
CrossFit Classes
We start each class with a group warm up, followed by skill and strength work. We then do the workout of the day or the WOD, followed by group stretching. We track our workouts in a book such that the results are objective and on the page, instead of subjective and in our heads. Each component of the class is scalable such that athletes of various abilities can work out side by side. There is great camaraderie and encouragement in our classes, so get ready for fun.
Core Strengthening for Cyclists
Are you stiff and uncomfortable on the bike? Do you want more power on hills, more endurance on long rides? CrossFit classes designed specifically for cyclists will both increase your power output and make you more comfortable in the saddle. Come see how a strong and stable midline transforms your biking performance. Wednesday nights at 6.00PM.
Personal Training
If you have physical limitations we recommend you start with personal training. In our one-on-one sessions we are able to focus on problem areas in the body, and assist you toward greater ease of movement. Once we have addressed your limitations and taught you the basic movements you may be eligible to move into the group classes.
